At White Chocolate Couture, we aim to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that, on occasion, you may need to return a product. This Return Policy outlines our guidelines and procedures for product returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within  days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at email@example.com to request a Return.
- Ship the product(s) back to us in their original packaging, along with the Tracking number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., shipping the wrong item, receiving any Damaged/ Wrong size).
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation eligibility and any associated fees will depend on the order status at the time of request.5

We reserve the right to modify or update our return policy at any time. The most recent version will be posted on our website.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
