• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service team at whitechocolatecouture777@gmail.com to request a Return.
• Ship the product(s) back to us in their original packaging, along with the Tracking number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., shipping the wrong item,  receiving any Damaged/ Wrong size).

4. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation eligibility and any associated fees will depend on the order status at the time of request.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on t
